內毒素對體外細胞生長(cháng)和功能的效應

　　1984年開(kāi)始，Case Gould就發(fā)表了一篇關(guān)于內毒素對細胞培養效應的綜述¹。本文締一生物/締一生物為您分析內毒素對體外細胞生長(cháng)和功能的效應。

　　在這些效應中，包括刺激白細胞產(chǎn)生組織因子，激活小鼠巨噬細胞，抑制小鼠紅細胞集落形成（極低濃度即有該效應，小于1ng/ml）。那之后，許多文章發(fā)表，報道內毒素的各種效應，部分見(jiàn)下面的表格。

　　針對內毒素的刺激，免疫細胞的表現更為明顯。巨噬細胞和單核細胞已知會(huì )產(chǎn)生和釋放各種細胞因子，包括腫瘤壞死因子和白細胞介素等。Morris等人發(fā)現，馬腹腔巨噬細胞暴露在低至0.5ng/ml內毒素中6個(gè)小時(shí)，也可引發(fā)顯著(zhù)的白細胞介素6產(chǎn)生²。Mattern顯示，100ng內毒素刺激人T細胞增生，產(chǎn)生淋巴因子³。

　　因此，選用盡可能低的內毒素的胎牛血清，顯然是優(yōu)上之選。
